Position: Procurement Officer – Restaurant Sector

Location: Erbil- Dream city

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement of food items, beverages, and operational supplies for restaurant operations.

Coordinate and deal directly with local suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate pricing, quality, and payment terms to achieve cost efficiency.

Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management to ensure proper supply.

Ensure quality and compliance of received items with required standards.

Prepare regular procurement and cost reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or café procurement (mandatory).

Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish .

Strong knowledge of local suppliers and market prices.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
