Position: Pastry & Western Bakery Chef

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and produce a variety of Western pastries, desserts, and bakery items.

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality standards.

Develop and improve dessert and bakery recipes.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for required supplies.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in pastry and Western bakery.

Strong knowledge of cakes, croissants, , desserts, and baked goods.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to quality, cleanliness, and professional standards.

Ability to work as part of a team.
